Victory Outreach is an international, church-oriented Christian ministry called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world, with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.
This call involves a commitment to plant and develop churches, rehabilitation homes and training centers, in strategic cities of the world.

SPECIAL SERVICE RECOVERY HOMES
Addicts are often being used by their environment. They are caught in an unending cycle of drugs, alcohol and crime. That’s why we first get them off the street and into our Men's Home or Women's Home. An addict has to get out before he or she can get clean.
Once in our safe and loving homes, our men and women begin an intensive one-year program that restores the entire person.
What has been destroyed in their lives is restored.
Essential in the growth of an individual's spiritual life is the development of character and positive work habits. That's why our comprehensive program is based on a rigorous daily discipline of personal study, prayer, preparation of meals, group discussion and community service. The people who administer these programs know that it’s not an easy road ... many of them are ex-addicts themselves. Yet through their tough love, compassion and support, we are seeing wonderful results.
Our SPECIAL SERVICE RECOVERY HOME programs help men and women beat substance abuse, leave gangs and prostitution and discover their unique purpose in life.
